     Mid-Month Magic Sessions

Mid-month magic sessions are held each month.  We try to have them in the evenings on a weekday so that those interested in magic that have a busy weekend schedule can attend.

We do not have any business meeting, and you do not have to be a member of any magic organization to attend and participate (although we do encourage eventual membership in our local Ring 199 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians).

If you want to practice routines, or just watch and talk "magic", stop in for part or all of our session.  Newcomers or those just beginning in magic as well as magic veterans are always welcome.  Our main mission is to help each other become better at magic and have fun doing it in a casual atmosphere!

If you'd like to be placed on our mid-month magic session email listing, please contact Mike Gorman at mgorman@nc.rr.com

Mid-Month Magic session at New Horizons Fellowship.  in room 115.  For directions visit the New Horizons website at www.nhf.cc

Of course, as an added incentive to attend, we often get to enjoy Steve Beam do effects that will are included in his new books, Semiautomatic Card Effects 6 and 7.

Our sessions are averaging a dozen magicians… small enough to do close-up or stand-up magic, yet large enough to get some great ideas.

It’s great to watch each other develop tricks and routines in the helpful/casual atmosphere of the sessions, so show up ready to perform something
