The Magic Corner will NEVER distribute any customer's personal information (email address, mailing address, name, etc.) to any other business, corporation, or not for profit organization except as necessary to fulfill your order (i.e. we will give UPS your mailing address when we ship your package).
The Magic Corner is against SPAM (unsolicited commercial email). If you request to be notified of sales and events at The Magic Corner we will send you email notification. If you receive email from us you do not want, just let us know at magicbaar@mindspring.com and we'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
When you receive a magic trick and open it, you learn the secret and thus receive the value contained in the trick. Because of this, we cannot accept returns. We will be happy, of course, to exchange any defective item for an identical replacement item. Should you need to return a defective item, just call us at (919) 875-1550 and we would be happy to assist you in the exchange.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any product which involves the use of fire. No Exceptions! No flammables can be shipped Air. We cannot ship any pyrotechnic equipment to CA.
